• When you purchase your D900, make sure to remove the plastic from the screen as it covers the speaker and will cause a dramatic decrease in sound.
• And one thing to save battery life ...I guess u can turn off your key tones ( already mentioned here in this thread ) and turn off your slide tones...
• instead of using the old boring picture for someone's caller id, use the record feature and apply that vido as their caller ID. For example, when my girlfriends call, I see her waving at me and doing funny faces. Try it out. Record, save, go to recorded video clips, apply as caller id.
• Press 1 while watching video to go full screen.
• Hold volume key up while viewing a photo to zoom in,vol down to zoom out.
• You can adjust the keypad lights to only come on at night by going to menu>settings>light settings and setting the on off time for the key lights.

You can play music and play games at the same time
Intiate you mp3 player, then go to games, say "no" for turning off music playback.
• As we all know that this phone plays mp3 in background now when the song is on try to take a picture and it will stop playing the song and you can take the picture.... but once you get out of the camera menu, means you are on the main menu phone goes back to the mp3 player and starts the song where it was stopped ( or in this case paused ) ....
• I noticed one thing today. I'm not sure whether it has been mentioned or not. The D900 has a certain limit on the length of a filename. As i had transfered a file which has a very long filename onto the memory card, when browsing through the phone, the file is not being detected. After plugging to my pc and renamed the file, everything works fine again. :-)
